We used the same configuration a long time (since 3.8.1 I think). Then 
we upgraded to 4.x and also upgraded all extensions (as required). Then 
we encountered the "blank page" problem and couldn't find the cause of 
this. After trying and searching for several weeks I found that the 
problem is caused by renaming a page. And this is what I know for about 
6 months. So I have no idea where to look at... We changed nothing in 
realurl configuration or setup expect upgrading to newer versions.
