Yepp, just a flag "include content in RSS feed" to enable to output for
RSS. This is fine for regular content elements such like text or text
with image.

What happens if you add a new pluging as content element (e.g.
USER/USER_INT in TypoScript)? The RSS feed would then only show the
information that e.g. a "new news plugin" was added to a page.
However it would be fine if the plugin itself could identify and provide
additional details. Thus, the plugin could add own information to the
RSS feed.
