[TYPO3-dev] Filemounts

Hi,

i was asked to add a wizard to the filemount record. So i've done a 
"simple" solution first [1]

Then after discussion with Dmitry and thinking on a dog walk i looked to 
the code and find this inconsequent. I remember when i started with 
TYPO3 i puzzled there all the time with the base-option.

This base-setting implicits that it's possible to mount another folder 
from root like /typo3conf
which isn't possible. So i don't really know what the sense is. May be 
if you redefine fileadmin (i never tried) using
$GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['BE']['fileadminDir']
that this is not used there and you have to do it with absolute...

So if i don't misunderstand i would like to get rid of this setting and 
use the link browser for that, additional patch is needed anyway in the 
filemount processing.

Any objections?
