[TYPO3-dev] The Forge, The bugtracker,The repository - Family?

Hy;

I have a question about the connectivity between the mentioned components.

Are they all completly apart, which exactly are the interchanging services?
The checkbox "Bugtracker" in the Forge enables an extension's 
bug-tracking in bugs.typo.org?
Can I sort of back-port a repository-extension into the Forge?
Can I publish an extension from the Forge into the repository?

Did I miss the docu? :-)
