[TYPO3-dev] Is the description of tslib_fe::includeTCA wrong?

there is a bug in using this function for the table 'pages'.

t3lib/stddb/tables.php contains the $TCA['pages'].
However there is no $tca['ctrl']['dynamicConfigFile'] set and therefore 
this function t3lib_div::loadTCA($table) fails.

It would be fine to have this issue fixed.
