[TYPO3-dev] Adding snippet to standard .htaccess ruleset to avoid 404 recursion

Hi there,

how about adding the snippet Dmitry provided in his blog post[1] to the 
_htaccess sample that comes with the dummy package?

It avoids a big problem you encounter, whe using TYPO3 with a custom 404 
page and "<base href" unaware spiders accessing your site...
