[TYPO3-dev] Extensions need update for 4.3!

As Dmitry said: Then it still needs to be solved by the user sooner or
later.

Anyway, I think we're turning in circles with this. I quite understand
your point but quite disagree that it will be a big problem for the
masses. Let's make the change but mention it in the Release Notes. That
way, users will know how to fix it even before the problem appears on
their website...

Good idea, and I agree completely. I will add it to the (yet unfinished)
core team guide.
