[TYPO3-dev] sys_action and SQL query

Hi,

this is really a powerful one!
Unfortunally it's not described how to build the query for the action, 
here short summary:

1) create sys_action "SQL-query"
2) go to DB check -> Search Whole Database -> Advanced Query
build your query and save to the created sys_action

Unfortunally this is admin_only, it would be nice to use such actions 
for editors, so you can define a complex query like "Show all comments 
from last week", "show all records of table_xyz" having flag abc = 
false" etc.

Result is a list of the records with a link to edit.

Would be great to have it for editors (and a little polish) :-)
