[TYPO3-dev] Getting rid of stripping of link params

I tried to look related core files.
Could someone propose a quick hack to get rid of stripping additional 
parameters in
function TS_links_rte($value)
function in class.t3lib_parsehtml_proc.php

It is extremely annoying that Typo3 strip off params.
