[TYPO3-dev] Is typo3/alt_palette.php still used

Hi dear developers,

while fixing a bug I stumbled over the file typo3/alt_palette.php which
once generated the "secondary options palette".

In TYPO3 4.1 this was used in t3lib_TCEforms. However, I could not find
any function calls in TYPO3 4.2 anymore...

Does anyone still require/use this elderly file? If not, it would be
marked as "deprecated" in TYPO3 4.3 and removed in TYPO3 4.5.
