Hi!

What about some improvments for the EM in 4.3?

- Disabling uninstalling link (and removing "-" on icon) of extension, 
which you can not uninstall due to other dependencies

- Optinal (with checkbox) listing of dependency in one/two column. "Need 
by" & "Depends on".

It's already implemented in the extension maja_dependencyviewer.
IMO these features are common functions raising the usability enormously.

Before I would provide a patch, would like to have some feedback.
Leave it in an extension or put it into the core...
