Dear Web Professionals and TYPO3 Enthusiasts,
We are happy to announce the first TYPO3 conference in the US. This is
an additional conference to the already welknown European conference.
We hope that this gives the many US based companies a chance to meet
TYPO3.
So now is your chance to input your ideas for talks. At the moment, only
an abstract is needed, which presents your ideas, and gives the users
a chance to understand what you will be talking about. If your talk is
accepted you will be informed, and than you have about 3 month to
deliver your paper.
Whether you want to present a paper or a tutorial, at this point, you
only need to provide a short abstract that describes your planned paper
or tutorial.
These are the important dates:
Start call for papers: November 7th 2008
End call for papers: December 10th 2008
End of committee rating: December 17th 2008
Notification speaker: December 19th 2008
Registration opening: December 21th 2008
End early bird registration: February 15th 2009
Final papers due: March 15th 2009
End of regular registration: April 4th 2009
The papers will be published in the conference proceedings which are
handed out to all conference attendees. If you have any questions,
please use the form at http://t3con09-dallas.typo3.org/contact.html
to forward your inquiry.
If you and/or your company want to sponsor this event, you are
free to contact us at http://t3con09-dallas.typo3.org/contact.html
on a first come, first served basis.
At T3CON09-Dallas, you will meet TYPO3 professionals and core developers
and will have ample opportunities to exchange your ideas with inspiring
like-minded people. This year we also invited a few presenters from
outside the immediate TYPO3 community to speak about related topics
and influential developments likely to impact TYPO3 in the near future.
T3CON09 will take place 16th-18th april, Dallas, TX. Exact details
will follow on the website when they are available.

Learn more about submitting a paper here:

Please note that the conference language is English only.
Also, if you feel you can teach attendees in your area of expertise,
please consider conducting a tutorial for half of a day or a full day.
