[TYPO3-dev] HMENU.special = language: buggy on 4.2.0?

Hi list,

I just upgraded a 4.1.5 website to 4.2.0 and noticed, that HMENU.special 
= language is not working like before. The itemState USERDEF1 is not 
used anymore, which means that Typo3 is thinking, that the page is 
available in the language linked to, but actually it isn't.

Anybody else noticed this? I haven't found something on the bugtracker 
(maybe I looked wrong).
