[TYPO3-dev] sendCacheHeaders = 1 and IE 6 bug

Masi,

I'm not sure to have the answer but why not something like :
- by default use SYS_LASTCHANGED
- at new generation check if there is a difference between md5 of last
cache_pages/HTML and the md5 of the new content if there is a différence set
Last-Modified to the current time
