BTW is anyone working on changing all the double quotes to single quotes 
in the generated code?

And removing the default 10-1000 range limit on integer TCA fields? I 
once patched an extension where the author had left it in place, 
probably because he hadn't even noticed it...

Should I open bug reports for this? And create patches if I have time...
