[TYPO3-dev] Static templates in 4.2/4.3 ?

Hi all,

for me using this predefined templates at all does not make too much 
sense for me. Webdesign isn't just about changing some colors in a pre 
made templade. So if you ask me, there is no need for any template, 
beside one example.
