[TYPO3-dev] Static templates in 4.2/4.3 ?

I think I'll be busy enough with other stuff :-)

But I fully support the idea, especially if it includes stuff for 
TemplaVoilà as suggested by Dmitry. I know TV isn't part of core, but 
it's still a big part of TYPO3.
