no. imho it's nested objects.
if you do something in ext like

return $this->cObj->stdWrap(...) you do a stdWrap on the content you output, 
not on USER-Object.
It's the same like
10 = COA
10.stdWrap...
10.10 = COA
10.10.stdWrap ...
