again i don't see a problem. Sure, TS can damage output anyway if it's used
wrong.
Also stdWrap is processed not simultanious. And sure i can use USER inside
COA and use stdWrap of COA, which does the same. But if Extension is in
normal CE it won't work this way.
I don't see the need of renaming such function as stdWrap is stdWrap. And TS
is admin-only, so they should know what they do.
