[TYPO3-dev] Minor isuses with the latest 4.2

Hey,

one more thing... when setting up a new TYPO3 4.2 installation with the 
1-2-3 installer, I get an error message on the first screen that the 
server cannot connect to the DB. It's obvious (data hasn't been entered 
yet) but I think it would make TYPO3 cleaner if we could remove this 
message for the first step of the 1-2-3 installer. Non-TYPO3-geeks 
wouldn't be scared and confused.
