[TYPO3-dev] Delete Folder with TYPO3

This is called for the normal delete operations in the backend file 
module, isn't it? It has the job of taking care of 'moving to recycler' 
instead of just unlinking if a _recycler_ folder is present, etc.; and 
ensures that any operations will be logged.
