I'm not sure.

I think that the current HTML/CSS layout is hardly extendable. Even 
switching between old skin and t3skin reveals its flaws (especially the 
error messages break the layout!). So getting rid of this stuff is great.

OTOH, I have a few sites I'd have to tweak ;-)
