BTW: USER_INT is not necessary at all.
To make sure that stdWrap will be available for every extension it would be
a good idea to always use a container COA or COA_INT and fill in a USER
object.

This is how it's done:

as you can see one can even combine a COA containing a USER object calling
different COA and COA_INT containers containing other USER objects. This way
you can break down the effect of no_cache to the smallest chunks of the
output, while the rest of the page stays cached.
