not I have enabled display errors and have seen that I must set an global
Variable for the libarays of Oracle. Now I can connect to the Database with 
an
littel test code in PHP.

But Typo3 gives me back only a white page...


Hi,

whitepage means that a php error occured. Set displayErrors in installer or 
localconf to see what's happened.
