No i am talking about getting the svn files:
conf  dav  db  format  hooks  locks  README.txt

At sf.net i could execute this, to achieve that:
rsync -av typo3.svn.sourceforge.net::svn/typo3/ .

With that i can host my own svn on my host, which helps
speeding up a lot, when you do long operations.
