This is a suggestion and can be discuss here or in the wiki.

Here pros:
Yes, if you call the file with sL(), you see this, but you can also
referencing a locallang.xml file with includeLLFile() in the top of a file
and get the specific labels with getLL().  

Besides that i like namespaces.
