[TYPO3-dev] xajax in backend of 4.2.1 ?

hi there,

i want to use the tbo_xajax extension in one of my backend modules.
This works fine in version prior 4.2 but now in 4.2.1 i get an error
"Your browser is not supported".
Is there a way to disable this warning? or circumvent it?
