Okay.
Had a hope that I had enough time to create a patch with Roles v2.
The idea is to integrate roles into the new Shortcut Menu, where the 
roles them selves are like the shortcut groups.
So when you select a shortcut under a role, you will both activate the 
role and the shortcut.

But I guess this will be a separate extension.

Will there be a TYPO3 4.3?
