[TYPO3-dev] make page localization settings 'enableFields' for 4.2

Hi list,

every page has two localization settings:
- Hide default translation of page
- Hide page if no translation for current language exists

These fields cannot be hidden from editors by default, unless you modify
the TCA and make the fields 'enablefields'. I would suggest to do this
for 4.2 by default, because not every page has multiple languages and
thus needs these fields. And when you have multiple languages, you have
to configure the userrights for the languages anyway - so activating two
more fields doesn't really harm.

So I'd really appreciate if that could be changed. Is there a RFC needed
for such a lousy task, adding two names in the right place of the TCA file?

Thanks.
