[TYPO3-dev] Typo3 4.2alpha3: method "connectDatabase" was not found in module "database".

Hello,

I'm just startet to test the new alpha3 release.
I see the STEP 1: Welcome to Typo3 Screen.
I chose the language and hit next.

Now I get the Error:
FATAL! The requested method "connectDatabase" was not found in module 
"database".

How can I avoid this.
Do I need any pear modules or php extensions to get it work?

I tried it on a clean xampp version on windows vista.
