[TYPO3-dev] TYPO3 4.2: Missing fields author and author_email in page properties tab Meta

Sorry,

perhaps I should never start working before my second coffee. I found 
author and author_email. Again overlooked this secondary options icon, 
which I do find unneccessary here. There is enough room to display those 
two fields directly, perhaps above abstract?
