[TYPO3-dev] Expand/collapse page tree possible in 4.2?

Hm, it took me three quarters of an hour to get rid of that 
navFrameResizable because I did not know that I had to act like 
described by Steffen.
In my case, the resizability finally went away after o set it to 0 and 
then debugged $this->resizable in alt_mod_frameset.php, which obviously 
has the same effect as loading defaults in user setting. Without 
Steffen, I would not even have known that that file exists.

So if this remains like it is for 4.2, then there should at least be a 
note that you will loose the ability to collapse/expand if you make your 
pagetree resizable and a hint how to get rid of the resizability again.
