[TYPO3-dev] PDT PHP web page

Probably there Should be a Team formed working on a HowTo,
"Developing for and with TYPO3" including Installation, COnfiguration, 
First Steps and Important hints of a development envirement using 
Eclipse incl. Addons, TortoiseSVN, Webserver Konfiguration and so on.
It should be Published under "Development" on TYPO3 org...

For things I myself know I would support, but currently I'm using 
Eclipse only as a better editor...
