[TYPO3-dev] stdWrap for all TLO's

Hi,

i really miss stdWrap for some TLOs (Top Level Objects) like plugin. as COA, 
CONTENT etc already have.

Its useful using such construct:

10 < plugin.tt_news
10.stdWrap.if.isFalse.data = GPvar:tx_ttnews|tt_news

workaround is to make a COA arround but this is one of the most usecase for 
eg news to display somthing on single View if no id is given.
