[TYPO3-dev] Expand/collapse page tree possible in 4.2?

Hello folks,

In the core list [1] and in BT [2] there is a patch by Ingo that would 
allow me to expand or collapse the page tree frame. Though this has been 
committed to trunk before feature freeze I do not happen to see such a 
feature in my backend, and I would love to have it. Do I have to enable 
something special?

Can someone enlighten me, please?
