[TYPO3-dev] Removing "Class/Function Index of Script"

Hey Malte,

sorry, but I still am a hardcore geek using the commandline and VIM as 
an editor to work on TYPO3 (really almost all the time). So, it comes in 
quite handy to have an overview. I'd like to keep it.

AFAIK the list can be updated through extdeveval and is done before 
every major release by the RM.
