[TYPO3-dev] Clear Cache in 4.2

Hi Devs,

the new Backend of 4.2 has
- "Clear all caches"
- "Clear page content cache"
- "Clear configuration cache"

Is "Clear all caches" ==
    "Clear page content cache" + "Clear configuration cache" ?

If yes, then "Clear all caches" doesn't delete temp_CACHED... files.
If no, the name "Clear all caches" is a little bit misleading ... ?

Any hints ?
