I am absolutely sure for 1.1 trunk. The harm is done in dam/binding/softref/ext_tables.php. I made a patch, and everything is fine again. You may +1 it in the dam team list if you want to :-)
BT reference is http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=10015. With the patch both issues mentioned above are gone.
