[TYPO3-dev] Localization the login form

Hello,

i am working an a patch for issue #7640. This belongs to the old 
problem, that login, logout and time-out messages are not translatable, 
because no user logged in and TYPO3 know nothing about the user.

I have a slight memorization that this issue was discussed some month 
ago here in list, but dont find it anymore.

Whence knows T3 the lang-settings from the user is still the question.

My first idea was to introduce a new Option in the Installer called 
[BE][defaultLang], but this meet the needs only for a groups of admins 
with the same language - not for multilanguage groups (but in this case 
you could agree to one language), and the specified language must be 
installed through the Ext-Manager.

The other idea was to take the lang-settings from the browser.

With this post i want to (re)start the discussion about this topic.

P.S.: Do somebody know what mean with 'Logoutform', i never saw it.
I found the code but when this is called?
