[TYPO3-dev] tca forms in own backend module?

Hi there,

for a new extension i need to write an own backend module for data
managment (create several rows in different tables in a single process)...
but i don't want to write the whole forms from scratch.
so i wonder if there is a tutoral or some documentation about how to
embed tca form (elements) into my own backend module.
