[TYPO3-dev] Tip: How to set module template for own module

There was a move on this list, with several people voicing their 
concerns over the state of documentation. I don't think it resulted in 
anything - the last message in the documentation list is over a month ago.

Documentation needs to be updated for the new features in 4.0. It should 
become part of the process, so that the new versions would not be 
released until documentation has been updated. Just my opinion...
