[TYPO3-dev] Section 'Fileoperation permissions' missing in BE-Group Settings

Hey,

i just want give a edior a new filemount
(/fileadmin/upload/BE-User/tt_news/). I do this in a BE-Group and assign
this to the user.

The user can see this filemount, but can't create a folder nor a file (You
have no permissons to create a directory.)

So, i looked in the user settings and found at the page bottom
the 'Fileoperation permissions'. I check the Options i want and it works.

But these settings lack in the BE-Group Settings to add this globally. Is
this a bug or have it a serious reason?
