[TYPO3-dev] width of left menu in 4.2

Hi Daniel, I strongly vote for 'Nutzereinstellungen' or even 
Einstellungen in that context.

And in admin section for 'Nutzer administrieren'. This 'Be' in front of 
it is superfluous.
