You have to select "installed extensions" then your extension and you'll 
get the configuration screen.

However, just as a notice: There is a case where the info that there are 
further options isn't even displayed:

When you click the "import directly" link (this little red arrow thing), 
you'll just get the update screen and after clicking update you are back 
to the import screen, never having seen the hint for the configuration 
fields. I think that should be fixed somehow.
