[TYPO3-dev] When deleting an item - also delete the translated version of that item

Hi

I have a problem with an extension I have made a while back. Its 
possible to create some items and then make a translation of these 
items. Just like you can translate a tt_news item.

This works fine, but when you delete the original item the translated 
item "disappears" from the backend but is not really deleted. So its 
stille visible in the Front end.

What do I need to fix this?
