Hi,

i want to hear your opinion.

The browse_links has also rte-mode included. As rtehtmlarea has his own 
browse_links this is no longer used.
I think this mode is used by the old "RTE", so what is the state of this
* is RTE used in 4.2+ ?
* should RTE be set to deprecated ?
* does any extension use browse_links with rte-mode (eg tinymce) ?

the question is if we can remove this rte-mode from the class.
