[TYPO3-dev] Minor isuses with the latest 4.2

Hi Steffen,

it's kind of difficult to keep the overview over such a list of comments.

Please proceed as follows:
- Make sure that your bug is in the bugtracker
- Send a comment to Ingo that you think this is must be fixed before 4.2.0
