If you use Windows, you could use TortoiseSVN as a SVN CLient
(which is very easy to use!), then you could download the
latest sources via SVN; after that it is very easy to
create a patch against the latest downloaded Version with
the buildt-in 'create patch' tool of TortoiseSVN.
