[TYPO3-dev] typolink improvments (link to records)

There is the problem with this ugly yellow box with red borders. Which 
shows that the link is not valid.

I guess a patch in t3lib/class.t3lib_parsehtml_proc.php

  function TS_links_rte($value)

is needed.

That function must also be aware of the configured linkHandler and leave 
the tag untouched!

Or any other way t get rid of that yellow warning box around links?
