[TYPO3-dev] Change die to throw new Exception for 4.2?

Hey Core devs,

would it be a good idea to
change all die functions in core to
throw new Exception?


I came to this because I did load TYPO3
in a other framework that did catch Exceptions quite nice
and logged them accordingly.

Also it might be a good idea to start creating a catch somewhere
in index.php and take actoin on a die.
I know a die doesn't happen to often but since 4.2 needs 5.1/2
anyways I thought it might be a good idea..
